Each user needs a licensed seat. You’re responsible for maintaining secure credentials and restricting access to authorized team members.
Terms of Service
These plain-language commitments preview the contract we’ll publish before general availability.
Acceptable use
Use Angelwood to deliver client updates and dashboards. Don’t upload illegal content, spam, or attempt to reverse engineer our service.
Billing
Plans renew monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and service runs until the current term ends. Refunds are handled case-by-case during beta.
Data ownership
You own your data. Angelwood acts as a processor and stores data only to provide the service. Removal requests can be sent to privacy@angelwood.io.
Liability & warranty
Angelwood is provided “as is” during beta. We limit liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Dedicated SLAs apply to Enterprise contracts.
Changes
We’ll notify admins 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updates.
